This stand-out building is located within the bounds of historic "Bloomfield", a 6th generation grazing property that dates back to 1862, just a few years before British troops departed Colonial Australia. It is distinctive for its 5000 acres of sweeping pastures, rolling hills and trout-rich lakes. At least 60 species of birds have been noted here, including 7 of the 12 endemic birds of Tasmania. The accommodation itself is nestled within the working farm, and on the shores of four lakes well stocked with Rainbow Trout, Wild Brown Trout, Brook Trout and Tiger Trout, perfect for fly fishing. The characteristic 28 gates building has been dedicated to offering premium, spacious accommodation for up to six people. Nothing has been overlooked during a complete refurbishment, transforming it from its former life initially as stables and grain lofts, then later as shearers' quarters. Opened in October 2011, this unique and tranquil accommodation in Tasmania is now yours to discover. Originally stables and grain lofts, the distinctive 28 gates building was hastily converted in 1967 to shearers' quarters after bushfires swept through the property and destroyed the existing quarters shortly before shearing.

We ussualy dont publish contributions of liberal organizations like Amnesty International, but in this case we make an exception. We don't believe in appealing to the French state to do this or not to do that, but the article contains important information about increasing repression against people who support migrants at the French territory. Aid Brigade provided mutual aid to refugees in the Bosnian capital. Once again a European state is acting against refugees and people who support them. We also had no fire door (which mostly blocked the entrance/exit to the kitchen), a used fire extinguisher and a boiler and washing machine that always breaking and leaking. Then came the end of our tenancy. Our energy provider hit us with a bill that is both massive and suspicious. Bare in mind the deposit is £50 higher than every other deposit I've paid (and heard of). The bill comes to just over £1, 190, £10 less than our total deposit. We have queried this multiple times with our letting agency but they refuse to provide evidence from the energy provider. Its also worth adding that the tenants from the previous year came to us and told us that the energy provider also tried to take all of their money too so I'm assuming that either: 1) The energy provider as massively overestimated the energy efficiency of the accommodation, 2) The energy provider have been told there are less people in the flat or, 3) They truly are a scam and want our deposit - why else would the deposit be higher, there is nothing in the flat that justifies requiring a higher deposit.
