Happy hour was fun and met other guests, and also had a Tahitian night the second night we stayed. We were greeted well by the staff and given our room keys. All our luggage was delivered to the room. The food was brilliant for us all. I like steak and that was produced to my liking. I have read some previous reports about tired furniture and decor. The room we had was well decorated and the furniture was relatively new. We were a party of 38 and whilst I cannot comments for others. I didn't hear any complaints. Our room was at the front with a view of the town. Would I go back - yes I would. There is the spa/springs if you like that. We went for a lovely walk up the local hill to the view point and came down a different way. $6 dollars for room service. Feel like it's over rated and wouldn't go back in a hurry, the staff weren't that friendly and our room wasn't ready at 2pm for check in there was a few guests waiting to get into their rooms at reception. Rooms were nice & of a great standard. Fireplace in the dining area was lovely & cosy but room so large it feels a bit empty. The Heritage is always nice place to visit.
